  • Best Korean restaurant in town.

I've gone here for lunch and dinner many times over the past few years. For a vegetarian, this is hands down the best Korean restaurant in Songdo, not to mention the food is delicious. I love their version of doenjang jjigae, it is richer and saltier than the usual version. As is typical for a Korean restaurant, they serve a lot of side dishes (panchan) with every meal, but the ones at Yeoldu Baguni are super fresh and mostly vegan: spinach with garlic, acorn jelly, spicy bean sprouts, etc. For ovo-lactos, they also have dumplings (mandu) made with eggs and veggies and no meat inside. It is the only Korean restaurant I have ever seen that serves vegetarian mandu. The owner and staff are super friendly. If you have trouble finding the restaurant, just look for Tony Moly or Caffe Bene on the street level, then go inside the nearby hallway and take the elevator up to the second floor.
