- Kang Le Restaurant, Siem Reap
This is an inexpensive locally managed vegetarian place of around 20 dishes on the menu. It's very centred on rice, noodles and mock meat. There's writing there in Chinese as well as English so possibly under Chinese / Khmer management. Vegans should always ask what is suitable (use the Vegan passport). A cheap place to go if you are near Wat Damnak. Otherwise I respectfully don't feel it's worth making a trip for with so much egg and mock meat. A greater proportion and wider choice of vegetables in the menu would be better rather than so much rice, noodles, mock meat and egg. Updated from previous review on 2017-02-16
