I am amazed by this place as the (volunteer) staff is super friendly, the products delicious (vegan products are labeled and can be found easily, as well as lactose & glutenfree) and the shop itself is cosy. The best is the ethical & sustainable part: all products are fairly traded by several small german & italian companies, the staff is very helpful explaining about the trading background, but let's you explore the shop on your own as well. There is even a toilet that can be used by customers & staff speaks english. Updated from previous review on 2017-02-13
