• Great Vegan Buffet

First of all, the point shown on the map here is WRONG... Please do not go to that, is it simply the Incheon City Hall (as though you were to type "Incheon" into a navigation system). The ACTUAL location is very close to Bugwang High School (부관고등학교). There is a street the goes off to the West right across from the high school and this restaurant is a two-minute walk down that hill. You can just take a taxi to the high school and walk that last bit. As for the food, it's excellent. It feels so good to be able to gorge myself without any reservations about what suspicious ingredients may have slipped into the mix. The options for vegans in this country are not overwhelming and just about everywhere I go, I may have a 40% confidence rate that they aren't just using animal products without even realising it. For example, most Koreans don't regard animal broth, butter, eggs, and seafood as animal products. I wish I were exaggerating. BUT, this place rocks. Awesome atmosphere, lovely staff, great food, good music (Dixieland jazz?!), and a pretty strong customer base. To the best of my knowledge, the only reliable time slot for dining here is 6pm on Friday nights. I've come out a few times and its always great.
