It is the rare instance that a hardcore ski town has anything remotely close to a veg*n friendly restaurant or market, let alone two of them. Natural Grocers combines the artisanal and eclectic mix of frozen, packaged, and prepared-food products typically found in a specialty store with the professionalism, organization, discipline, and customer service of a Whole Foods. They are also "green centric" in that they box up goods in boxes that they received products from, avoiding the plastic bag pileup and recycle encumbrance. I highly recommend shopping there.
