Raw is a wonderful place to grab a healthy, freshly made juice or smoothy, AND they have a delicious short menu of all vegan raw foods. Elyse is the proprietor and she makes the food to order, super fresh and super good! We sampled the nori roll sushi with spicy almond "meat", cukes, and carrots that was outstanding; and the lasagna bites which were beautifully prepared and topped with house made pesto and marinara. She says she's working on expanding the menu and we'll be checking back often! They close at 5pm. The space is a fun indoor food court on the ground floor of a brand new building. If you are eating with a non-veg person, they will be very happy with all the non-veg options in the food court, plus the full bar. Seating inside or out. Great addition to a city with very limited raw food options!
