1stly to clear up some confusion. This establishment is defo not 100% vegan. The blurb on the menu inside cover clearly states they offer lacto milk and lacto cheese. I asked the server who confirmed that info to be correct. This was great food and the best value for money I've encountered so far in my admittedly short stay in Japan. The set deal was great value and great taste at 700 yen. My spouse ordered a salad that was similarly delicious. This place would defo be a 5 rating from me if it were 100% vegan.
