- Delightful vegan stall
A lovely couple run this small cafe. They describe it as their 'laboratory' where they are experimenting with tasty and healthy food - all vegan. I had 'pink tagliatelle', pink because it contained beetroot. They also gave me a ginger drink and asked me to comment on a vegan 'gravy' that they are developing. I do hope they open a larger cafe soon.
