• Excellent vegan food and brilliant restaurant staff

I've been to O'vrakas on a few occasions and each time they were able to create a vegan dish without prior notice, really understanding the requirements of a vegan diet. I went between Christmas and new year giving prior notice, the owner had arranged a delicious tomato soup for starter, an avocado pasta dish for main and a vegan cheesecake made from tofu for dessert! The veggies and meat eaters tried it and all loved it! O'vrakas is closed during the off season but the owner advised that he will be returning in March with a vegan (and gluten free) menu due to its popularity. As far as I know this will be the only restaurant in the area with a dedicated vegan menu. In addition to the great food the staff are friendly and helpful and really understand veganism.
