We stayed in Nambucca Heads for New Year and there was not any vegan food within walking distance. We walked in and asked if they would cook us a vegan meal. The guy at the counter went through the vegetarian options and what he could make for us. I was really impressed that he didn't just say that he could do some menu items without paneer but added something else. We asked for it hot and had aloo palak and mutter mushroom. Both were really tasty. It was great having a vegan option that was tasty. Thanks for being so accommodating.
