• NadaMoo - Mmm... Pecan (vegan) Ice Cream

I've eaten my share of ice "cream" in an attempt to find a replacement ever since I started my quest to become vegan. There are some things that are just hard to replace. BBQ, butter, creamer (glad I found Silk Vanilla), and ice cream are some of my challenges. Fortunately, I live in Austin, Texas and we've got OPTIONS! It just so happens, we have a vegan ice cream company right here. NadaMoo, a vegan ice cream company is available in most grocery stores in my area. I really love that they use lots of healthier ingredients, like agave instead of HFCS, but what I love even more than that is the flavor and texture. Many vegan ice creams I've tried in the past should have been called ice crystals. That crunchy texture does NOT fit the bill when you want a nice creamy ice cream. I've tried nearly all the flavors, and if you can get your hands on it you HAVE to do yourself a favor and try the Mmm... Pecan flavor. Creamy and buttery with nice chunks of pecan. Oh MAN! I promise, if you can eat nuts (coconut and pecan) this will be the best vegan ice cream you've ever experienced.
