The review is about the lunch buffet and not the café on the ground level. It works a bit like in a cafeteria - you take a tray, plate and walk around the buffet to fill your plate. At the cashier they will weigh the plate and you pay according to it. Now that I've been here another time, I feel the need to update my review. Yes, there are many options, salads, warm dishes, fruits etc, and seemingly all of them were vegan (check the tags with the ingredients). Some of them were good, others repeatedly too salty. Water and two small slices of home-made bread were included in the price, but still I consider it to be overpriced for what you get. Despite the cafeteria system, the place has a cozy-enough atmosphere, but certainly not the kind of place you would stay to hang out after having eaten.
