- Pity
By chance passed by and was excited to try out. Ordered 'pizza proteica', half : nutritional option -mix of seeds, half: 'life option': rúcula & tomato, some 'canastitas veganas', tradicional fainas, etc . We asked if "carne vegetal" option meant soya, which was confirmed, we asked organic or genetic modified, and he couldn't tell me ( fyi: 99% of argentinian soya is Monsanto based GMO, which for any vegan restaurant is NOT acceptable to use.) The food: As others commented, the queso de papa "Paparella", is simple potato puree ( no other non dairy cheese options), ALL pizzas, faina and canastitas veganas came HEAVILY burned at the base ( pitch black in color!), which made for a very disappointing experience as it basically felt like eating burned toast... Argentina is just opening up to be a bit more conscious about food which is truly encouraging, but when approached from a "trend" perspective, without true integrity/ awareness, it's geared unfortunately to fail, which is a pity.
