Vegan selection on salad buffet had lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, sweet corn, peas, diced beet, sliced chilis, green and black olives and a actually a great salad of chickpeas. 2 different vegetarian pizzas was served on the buffet. Updated from previous review on 2013-10-16
