I always enjoy going to slappy cakes until I remember how limited their vegan menu is. I'm very appreciative of the vegan pancake batter and assortment of vegan sides they have, but they never have any full vegan dishes. They could easily make their breakfast burritos vegan but alas. I was pleasantly surprised to see they have vegan butter on site to go with my pancakes. That was definitely a plus. ALWAYS plan ahead and come early. The wait list can easily exceed 45 minutes to an hour.
