First, the owner of the restaurant will great you. He will also help you. He knows what vegan is and he knows how to make you feel good about your vegan meals. Second, I have been visiting in Guatemala for many years, this place had saved my life on every trip. Finally, I highly recommended you to eat here and to come back. Guatemala as vegan is hard, but thanks to "Del Griego" you will enjoy your visit.
