- Unique Atmosphere + Excellent Cuisine
Alpha Omega is a must for anyone passing through or living in the Waco area. The atmosphere is unique, placed in a revitalized brick building in downtown Waco. The food is excellent, authentic Greek food. The staff is extremely helpful with guiding vegetarian/vegan customers on what their options are, and how to make certain dishes vegan/vegetarian. Although there are less vegan/vegetarian dishes than I would like, the ones available are absolutely excellent. They even have a vegan Greek pastry! My favorites: - Veggie Dolmas with Baba Ganoush - Veggie Gyro with Baba Ganoush + Veggie Chickpea Balls - Veggie Chickpea Balls
