• Disappointing

I had previously sent two emails to say that I was coming to eat with a total of four people for my birthday today. I had not received a response so far. In addition, we were treated very rudely today by a blonde employee, for example when we were paying for our food or asking something. She had no decency. Also, when my brother asked if something extra was done for the birthday person, she immediately said a very hard no. She didn't even say 'happy birthday' and did not wish us a nice day/evening as we were leaving. And the cakes we had bought, she had squashed in the containers/packaging very sloppily, which we saw when we got home. The pastries were also disappointing. Not really fresh and just okay in terms of taste, while we had spent something like €140. We also found the food to be very disappointing. Last time I came, it was tasty and warm. That's why I came to eat for my birthday. Now the food was lukewarm and not as tasty/fresh. The time before that, it was also less good. The quality of the food is very inconsistent. The pistachio ice cream was good. My mother also liked the almond ice cream. I found the coffee ice cream to taste sour and I didn't really taste a coffee flavor. I hope the owner addresses the staff to be customer-friendly towards (regular/all) customers and also looks at the consistency of the food quality. I don't know if I'll be back here soon. Addendum: At home, we've noticed that the food/pastries haven't gone down well. Food is coming up and making us nauseous. If you're going to eat there, make sure it's fresh and that it's fresh and hot or cold, depending on the dish. Updated from previous review on 2025-08-26
