- Best hummus in Tbilisi!
The place is located on the first floor inside a very typical Georgian inner courtyard. The owners have become dear friends to me soon after I started living in Tbilisi some years ago. Sivan and Shalva are two extraordinary people. They renovated the house themselves and it feels as if you are dining at their family table. I love to listen to their stories while enjoying their tasty food. The hummus is my favorite, but they have plenty of other delicious dishes to chose from.
