I've been waiting for something like this to open in Gainesville for a long time now. The food is absolutely superb. Very inexpensive compared to what i expected. This food bridges the gap for omnivores interested in moving to a plant based diet. Friendly environment. Outdoor seating available. Desserts and fancy beers too. ?
