Passionate about food and the over reliance on precessed food Bindiya will teach you quick healthy recipes from scratch, simplifying the cooking process, explaining what sicks work and why, creating unique dishes which you can take away and replicate. I love the fact she also explains about the health benefits of the spices used and doesn't use spices you can never find. a great opportunity to learn new skills and banish your processed food, an ideal gift for a loved one. Her cooking classes are vegetarian and vegan, but if you are strict vegan make her aware and she will focus on your needs, her sister is vegan and she is vegetarian so nothing is a problem.
