- Nice for a change
There's a law that restaurants within a certain distance of the Golden Temple must be vegetarian, so it was cool to run across this. After a month in India, it was nice to have something different for a change. They have lots of various veggie patties, falafels, burgers, etc. with different flavors to make a sandwich with, in addition to the standard vegetables/cheeses/breads. Cool idea.
