Two of us dinnered here tonight and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a ritual bowl (Gmo free tempeh, fresh spinach. organic quinoa, organic brown rice, roasted pumpkin, red pepper hummus, probiotic cashew cheese, fermented pickled beetroot and ginger, sauerkraut, activated almonds, salad, living sprouts) and the explorer quesadilla (black beans, roasted pumpkin, fresh sweet corn, tomato salsa, fermented pickled beetroot. guacamole, cashew sour cream on a corn tortilla). We then followed that with raw salted caramel and chocolate slice (organic raw cacao, avocado, banana, tahini, cashew, coconut oil, walnut base). To drink we had an immunity shot (fresh young ginger, lemon) and a basil and blueberry smoothie. Everything tasted excellent. It was also pleasant shooting the breeze for a few minutes with a guy named Jay who runs the gig. The only con for me personally is honey is used in a couple of items. If this place were 100% vegan it'd be heaven on earth.
