- They have a bit of everything
This stall has a really good spread - from economy brown rice with plenty of vegetables, tofu and mock meat variants to Singapore favourites such as Hokkien Mee, Laksa and Pineapple Fried Rice. Most of their dishes are vegan-friendly, and I'm not entirely sure which actually contain dairy or eggs, but vegans will have the freedom to choose from most options on the menu. I like their curry mock lamb (doesn't taste too healthy though), beancurd skins and crunchy long beans. The Pineapple Fried Rice is a guilty pleasure of mine too... plus it actually comes in a real pineapple half. For a food court stall, that's pretty neat :) Unfortunately, the brown rice is a little tough and bland - neither better nor worse than the vegetarian food court stall average.
