- Greasy, cheap, delicious!
I've been here so many times with friends and loved ones that it's hard to know where to begin. The menu is full of classic pub food - curry, chilli, sosage etc. My fave - mushrooms and soy chunks in red wine gravy. The best thing to do is order everything because you're going to want curry and rice, but also spicy curly fries! Usually i get a side of pickled cabbage as a token gesture towards vegetables. Also there is a selection of unusual ice creams including amaretto flavoured. I've always found the booze here just as you'd want it to be. This is a great pub mostly because it doesn't brand itself as vegan - it just feels more like a pub where everyone goes. Updated from previous review on 2013-08-11
