Okay, so Francesca definitely has better flavors , but Pinoli comes pretty close because none of their options have gluten. Plus, their bechamel really surprises anyone who thinks you can't make plants taste like cheese. I usually order half spinach and mushrooms and half shitake with leaks. Not only do they know how to marinate their mushrooms, but they also know how to bring out the flavors on the leaks. I don't even bother ordering any other flavors because these two just taste so good. The moment they start making vegan chicken, pepperoni or calabresa, like Francesca, I think they'll bring even regular pizza parlors out of business. Definitely deserves a 5-star rating, even if they serve meat. Updated from previous review on 2016-09-20
