• Busy vegan buffet for extremely good price

We went here for the lunch buffet. At 18 yuan the price for an all-you-can-eat buffet place is unbeatable! The quality is also much better than the price suggests! ;) It is located in a pedestrian shopping street and you actually don't have to take the scary stairs others mentioned. There is an elevator leading right to the restaurant. Inside you can choose from quite a lot of dishes. Some cold, most warm, some sweet. They don't use too much mock meat in the dishes, which I liked. Lots of different vegetable, mushroom, rice and noodle dishes. All very tasty and all vegan (we asked)! The atmosphere is best described as crowded. Not too bad though, but expect to share your table. People are generally very friendly though, so we were perfectly ok with this. Food was refilled very quickly. If you eat everything on your plate and don't waste food, they reward you with a 3 yuan coupon for another lunch buffet visit within a month. I can definitely recommend this place. One of my favourites in Chengdu so far!
