• Wahnsinns-Waffeln! / Best waffles in town... (Prerow, Zingst, Barth!)

English below. Unsere Urlaubsentdeckung im sogenannten "Fischland Darß Zingst" schlechtin. Ehrlich gesagt kann ich mich nicht erinnern, jemals bessere Waffeln gegessen zu haben, Außen kross, aber nicht hart, innen locker und luftig und trotzdem durch. Die Waffeln gibt es am/im Leuchtturm, mit Liebe gemacht und unter Obstbäumen serviert, mit Puderzucker, Apfelmus, Kirschen, Schokocreme. Und das Beste ist: Sie sind auch ohne Ei und Milch erhältlich, perfekt für Allergiker oder laktoseintolerante Menschen. The best discovery in our holidays in the so called "Fischland Darß Zingst". Honestly, I can not remember ever having eaten better waffles, crispy outside, but not hard, the inside light and fluffy. The waffles are made with love and served with fruit trees, with icing sugar, applesauce, cherries, chocolate cream etc. And the best thing about the place is: They are also available free of egg and milk, perfect for people with allergies or lactose-intolerant people.
