- by far my favourite place in Mallorca!
Not only is the food absolutely delicious, the ambiance and the staff are amazing too. What is so special about the food? The fact that most of it comes from their own organic vegetable garden is one factor - it just makes the food taste so much better, but the innovative and loving way of chef Marcelo Rappold is just oustanding. His food is nature based, healthy, yet sooo tasty that I could honestly go there every day of the week. I like to challenge Marcelo to create somthing new that´s not on the menue yet, it´s always mind-blowing and pur foodporn. ;-) (Check out my instagram, you´ll see that half of the pictures of the food are from the restaurant Quay in Esporles!)
