- Exceptional meal, six stars if I could
My wife and I are Oil Free Vegans, not the easiest people to cook for. Provided the restaurant a couple hour notice before our arrival to both confirm they could accommodate us and give them some time to prepare for such a esoteric diet. The Chef (Nick Wenden), did an EXCEPTIONAL job. Truly one of the best Vegan meals I've had in the last year. Just spent a week in NYC and dined at some very well known Vegan establishments; the meal we had at The Laundry was far superior to anything we sampled in NYC.
