Unfortunately I wasn't allowed to give this place one star. We were very excited when we heard a new vegetarian restaurant was opening up in Calgary so we tried it out days after it opened. The menu was OK but quite expensive considering the portion sizes. We ordered about 6 dishes and ALL 6 were very under seasoned. When we told the waitress she simply said, ya the chefs don't use much salt. I then told her that the dishes literally had ZERO salt and she said nothing. Needless to say we weren't impressed with White Rose.
