• Increasingly Vegan Friendly

***Update 5/3/2016*** I stopped in to ABC last week and was very disappointing by their recent menu changes. They no longer had their vegan menu, and many of the items were completely gone. They no longer carry Daiya so no more vegan nachos or quesadillas. They missing from the menu was their vegan coney dog, lentil sweet potato boxty, and the vegetable gumbo. They still had the tempeh burger, which was what I wanted that day so I was relieved. However, despite telling the waitress that we were vegan and asking lots of questions, she still served our meals with obviously buttered buns. ***Original Review*** Since the last review in 2009 ABC has made leaps and bounds in becoming more vegan friendly. Ask your server for their vegan/gluten free/allergen menu. Offers a full page of vegan options and breaks down ingredients in the allergy section. Servers are always happy to answer questions as well. In addition to the vegan menu be sure to take a look at their weekly specials which often contain vegetarian, if not vegan, options. I've found wonderful meals such as lentil pot pie and vegan coney dogs on it. Service can be a little hit or miss as far as speed, but I've never had rude wait staff. If you're going for dinner be sure to get there early or be prepared for a wait, they only take reservations for weekday lunch. Updated from previous review on Monday July 08, 2013
