Interesting little place, it looks like a chain at first since the branding and decoration is professional, but it's more of a quirky veg. wrap place with a lot of options. Main item on offer is a wrap which you can order with your choice of fillings. The range is quite good and thankfully it's more than the usual boring salad - you can get chickpeas, cooked aubergine, spring onions, diced potatoes, hummus, tahini and other good stuff as well as the regulars of tomato and lettuce etc. There is also icli kofte and lahmucun listed on the menu which are not vegetarian, however they are from an earlier menu and are not now being sold, so everything is vegetarian. There are some items with mayo etc. but most appear to be vegan. The prices are incredibly cheap for what you get though, and in terms of getting a satisfying meal, it would be very difficult to make something yourself for less money. This is the best value veg. food I have found in Istanbul. The staff are also friendly and speak English. The place wasn't very busy when we went there, and I only hope that they can do well enough given the Turkish predilection for meat. There are also some outside tables and the Kadikoy area is a nice one for walking around if you want to take a break from the other parts of Istanbul. Note: Rulo is on the Asian side of Istanbul, you can get the ferry to Kadikoy from either Karakoy or Eminonu in 20 minutes and then easily walk there. The map location shown now is correct.
