- Great vegan pizza
Sorbilla serves amazing pizza - testified by the long wait to be seated in this place. Give your name to the guy at the entrance and be prepared to wait a bit (max 30 min). It's worth it! While in Napoli you can easily get vegan food in traditional places (pizza marinara, pasta al sugo, aglio olio etc are always vegan) it is not so easy to find actual vegan items on the menu. In Sorbillo, not only they use only organic ingridients, particularly important whn it comes to wheat, they also have one vegan pizza on the menu which uses special olive oil, a special salt and tofu! The pizza was really tasty and filling. Other pizzas ont he manu can also be made vegan of course, as they understand the concept and hve tofu as cheese replacement.
