• Excellent service, amazing food

I am living in Arras and ventured to Lille to check out the vegan scene. La Face B was a super cozy little café style restaurant with dozens of tea options, coffees, pastries/baked goods/cakes/sweets as well as two main course lunch/dinner options (All 100% vegan). I had the veggie burger that came with fries for only 6.50€, which is extremely fair! The dessert I got was a two layer chocolate/Speculoos mousse with a crunchy crust - I almost ordered a second one to take with me cause it was sooo good. This place would be ideal for solo, couples, small groups but probably not the best for larger gatherings. 100% recommend this place for its lovely staff, quick service, delicious food and chill atmosphere. Although this place is about a 30 minute walk from the central train station, it is totally worth it. I'm sure there are simple means of transportation however the walk brings you past Vegetal et Vous (an all vegan store with household, hygiene and food items for purchase as well as some ready made meals!) so it was well worth the walk!
