• Worst experience we've ever had in a vegan restaurant!

We ate several times at Danielas & the first experiences were nice: Polite waitress, quick service, the owner was very polite, she did a lot of small talk to us & the other guests. Music was nice & decent, smoking was only allowed in a corner of the outdoor area (For non smokers the constant smoking of other guests in beautiful outdoor areas is a nightmare, especially when you are eating! ). Sadly the food isn't that tasty at all. The smoothies & the desserts are nice & the ready made vegan food, like vegan cheeze, spring rolls or nuggets for example, but these are not dishes, which are prepared by the restaurant. The homemade food is almost tastless. During every visit to this restaurant they forgot some orders, they changed the orders or the dishes were not available. Our latest visit at Danielas was a total nightmare & we will never visit the restaurant again. When we came to the restaurant the staff was just starring unpolitely at us, they didn't greeted us, when they brought the menue, they didn't looked at us, it took forever until they came to take our orders ( we ordered simple vegan fast food and we were sooo hungry, after a long day of sightseeing ), again it took forever until the food came ( 45 minutes, to serve some readymade vegan cheese & 4 pieces of ready made asian springrolls ). The dishes were very small & didn't looked like the pictures shown in the menue ( fake pictures ), this small entree portions were very expensive ( I can get fried asian springrolls in every asian fast food take away, for half the price and a bigger portion ), the other guests ( two groups of people ) were waiting forever as well & they had to go inside several times, to order, to ask where the food is & NO waiter was available. Waitress came only once in 2 hours & when she came first, she forgot half of the drinks. Our food came very late & they served the dishes not in a row to us, they brought the food just step by step, so we were not able to have dinner together! The cook was new & she brought the dishes, without saying anything to us, she just smashed it onto the table! My "raw" vegan "lasagna" was a total fake, thick cut lil' tomatoes pices, combined with thick cut zucchini pieces, on top a lil bit of vegan cheeze ( which is not a raw vegan dish at all ), for 8€! Spagetti "Bolognese" came only with a tomatoe sauce, salad had no dressing, no oil or dressing was on the table&the owner defended her cook & bad staff with bad excuses, instead of apologizing!
