- Creative and diverse vegetarian menu
Most Mexican restaurants have the same old, generic vegetarian options. This place is different. They have clearly put thought into new and different ways to make Mexican food vegetarian. We had the potato rajas tacos and the avocado and quinoa taco, both of which were excellent. The place is huge, which gives it a little bit of a corporate feel. But, what do you expect from a restaurant in a casino. The outdoor patio is very nice.
