- Vegan at the Frankfurt airport
What a huge airport! Sometimes even in a sprawling airport there are no vegan protein alternatives. Not the case at Cosi Asiate, an asian, fusion, sit down restaurant in concourse B at Terminal 1. There are a variety of options, from a generous bowl of edamame, to soup meals, curries and stir fry all with tofu options. The meals are beautifully presented full of authentic ingredients with lots of fresh and crispy vegetables! The serving staff ( Fr. Gaccione) is knowledgeable and informed of special food requests. Service is quick and the food is steaming and delicious.
