What an incredible find. This family owned and operated vegan restaurant doesn't just have the healthiest and tastiest food in Cuenca, it has a great atmosphere, a world class health food store on the bottom floor and farm fresh organic produce for sale on Tuesdays. You can also meet health minded people from around the world dining there. I'm so thrilled to have to have found Nectar and encourage everyone to experience their great vegan cuisine. M.
