- extraordinary vegan food
The food at Life House was amazing. The falafel burger came with fresh chips and was topped with lettuce, avocado and plantains. My son said it was perfect and he was surprised how well plantains tasted with falafel. My husband said his Curry was divine. My Pad Thai was extraordinary. The vegetables were very fresh and perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crunch. It consisted of a peanut sauce, rice noodles and tons of vegetables. The total with one drink and one dessert was $46. We have had such good food in La Fortuna! This is the fourth good restaurant for vegan food we have tried. We also had some terrible food at Tabacon and some other places but for a small town La Fortuna has a lot of good options.
