Mendocino farms adjusts their menu with the seasons so every few months it's something different offered on the vegan portion of the menu. They always have 3-4 solid fully vegan options and I totally appreciate it. I personally like something better than others but it's always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend when eating with a non-vegan to keep everyone happy.
