  • Best eggplant dish I've eaten in a while!

I ordered their mabo tofu and their eggplant dish, and felt truly grateful that I didn't just stick to the tofu. The eggplant with bambu shoots tasted spicy yet tangy, and sort of melted in the mouth. Sure, it came with a bit too much oil, but I felt like I'd just tasted authentic vegan Chinese food. Just as in most Chinese restaurants, the servers don't really know what dishes don't have any animal products, but will gladly point out the vegetarian options. You have to do some research online to confirm what sauces don't really have gelatin, fish sauce, or other unnecessary animal product.
