- Good food, great staff
The restaurant is on the second floor of the hotel. Serves meat but many veggie options including Pho with vegetables. Staff seemed knowledgeable about the ingredients used and spoke great English so I was confident that our choices were vegan. We did not stay at the hotel but the lobby and restaurant seemed clean and they had many Western guests so may be a good option if staying in Ninh Binh.
