Associated with Loma Linda University, this eatery offers exclusively vegetarian items including sandwiches, burgers, and entrees with meat substitutes. They have a salad bar and an array of juices and drinks. Although the food is better than average, the service can be slow especially during lunch. Still, it doesn't keep the students and medical professionals from getting their Stripple sandwich fix. Relatively inexpensive and a good choice if you want to eat healthy in the Inland Empire. Their daily hot food specials are usually home runs! BI two thumbs up for: burrito supreme, haystacks, avocado sandwich, veggie burger, veggie meatball sub, salad bar!! The place does get very busy from 11-130pm from the hospital staff and the university students but well worth the wait!
