- Disappointing
This is probably a nice place if you're vegetarian, but as a vegan I found eating here to be a frustrating experience. The menu has vegan items, but they are not marked and it's hard to guess from the (Italian) dish names and description which ones might be vegan. The waitress was friendly and helpful, and pointed out which items were vegan, but since the menu has several pages it was hard to remember which ones were the ones we could order. I ended up getting quinoa-crusted tofu with a citrusy sauce, and sadly when it arrived it was very small and exceptionally unflavorful. I'm a light eater, but I left the restaurant fairly hungry. Interestingly enough, before the main dish we were given an amuse-bouche which itself was very tasty. So I'm not sure how this tofu dish turned out so disappointing. One of my dining companions ordered a dish made up of cubes of various vegetables. It was very appealing, aesthetically, but apparently also lacked flavor. A vegan friend of mine who ate here a few weeks before me said it was really good, so maybe we just ordered the wrong dishes, but this isn't a place I would recommend. I really hope that the restaurant will at least add something to identify the vegan options on their menu.
