- Excellent Indian Vegan Dining
This is by far the best place to go in Bakersfield for vegan Indian food, and really for any vegan food. The buffet is definitely the best deal, 11am-3pm every day. Whatever they don't have on the buffet, they will make for you at no extra cost. I recommend the saag and dal dishes especially, but all of their vegan food is delicious. Five stars, and highly recommended!
