• Terrible coffee and rude staff

I was delighted to find a totally vegan cafe on my trip to Edinburgh. Ordered two coffees for myself and my boyfriend, mine was a flat white, and was quite weak but tasted fine. My boyfriends americano on the other hand was basically coffee flavoured water with a hint of dirt. I brought it back and was very polite about asking if it was possible to get a stronger one, the girl offered no apologies and said she'd make one in a smaller cup so it would be stronger but looked super annoyed. So the other girl brought it down and planted it on the table without a word and stormed off. The coffee was just as terrible ? I went up to pay and my card was taken and given back with no word or eye contact. I'm retrospect it was hilarious how they have no concept of customer service, or know how to make a coffee. The two staff members basically acted like teenagers throwing a strop because a coffee was returned!
