American Vegan Society invited chef/owner Andrea to provide the main course for the Millville Progressive Dinner on April 16 2016. Using ingredients he regularly stocks, Chef Andrea created 3 terrific vegan entrees for 123 people. The success of the event convinced him to offer vegan specials every day!
