- Great Vegan Pho!
This place is worth the drive to Salmon Creek, they serve a tasty vegan pho and have a lot of other vegan choices (try the yummy and spicy Saigon rolls). You order at the counter and then they bring you your food at your self-selected table. The pho is a good sized portion but other choices might be a smaller portion than you are used to. You won't leave hungry but you probably won't take home leftovers either.
