- Vegan pizza in Olomouc!!
This is life changing ! This little bistro in the centre of Olimouc has a window to Denisova street where they offer multiple pizzas all day long, all vegetarian, some vegan. 30 CZK (1.1€) per piece -1/8. The vegan one was absolutely perfect! Toppings vary. Apart of veggies (duh) they use Violife "cheese" or tofu. Obviously pizza is a matter of personal preference but they shot right in the black for me! Not too cheesy, not too dry. Crispy, not too dough-y but not too thin either. The real question is Why on eart did I get only two pieces ??!!
